Artwork Preparation Guide

When it comes to digital printing and artwork. there are certain recommendations that will help you get the best print possible.
Here is a short guide that can help you with that.

Start Your Order Here

For best results, artwork created in Adobe Illustrator or other professional design software is strongly
recommended. If submitting non-native files, all linked assets must be embedded and transparencies flattened where applicable.

Fonts & Text
All fonts must be converted to outlines or included with your file. Missing fonts may cause text reflow or substitution and can delay production.

Vector vs. Raster Artwork

Vector Artwork (Recommended)
Vector artwork is resolution-independent and scales cleanly at any size. Ideal for logos, text,
illustrations, and cut paths.

Accepted vector formats: AI, EPS, SVG, PDF

Raster Artwork
Raster images are pixel-based and best suited for photographs. All raster artwork must be supplied at a
minimum of 300 DPI at final print size.

Accepted raster formats: PSD, TIFF, PNG, JPG

Resolution Requirements
Artwork must be created at final output size with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI. Low-resolution or web-sourced images may appear blurry or pixelated when printed.

Bleed & Safe Area
If artwork prints to the edge, extend artwork at least 0.125″ beyond the cut line to allow for bleed. Keep all critical elements at least 0.125″ inside the final cut to avoid trimming.

General Notes
1 Screenshots and web images are not suitable for print.
2 Color appearance may vary between screens and printed output.
3 Files that do not meet these guidelines may require adjustment prior to printing.

If you’re unsure about your file setup, reach out before placing your order. We’re happy to review artwork upfront to avoid delays.
