Welcome to Digital Vibes NH! By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully so we’re on the same page.

1. Orders & Payment
All orders must be paid in full at the time of checkout.
Work does not begin until payment has been received.
If payment is declined, your order will not be processed.

2. Proofs & Approval
A digital proof will be sent within 24–48 business hours of receiving your artwork.
Printing starts only after your proof is approved.
Once a proof is approved, you accept full responsibility for any errors (spelling, colors, layout, etc.).

3. Turnaround Time
Typical production is 3–5 business days after proof approval.
Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees. Large or custom orders may take longer.
Shipping time is separate from production time.

4. Shipping & Delivery
Stickers ship free within the U.S. Gear, apparel, and other items may include shipping charges.
Once an order leaves our shop, shipping carriers are responsible for delivery. Digital Vibes is not liable for delays, damage, or lost packages during transit.
If your package is lost or damaged, contact us and we’ll do our best to help file a claim or arrange a replacement at our discretion.

5. Colors & Materials
All files should be submitted in CMYK. Artwork submitted in RGB will be converted, and slight color shifts may occur.
Printed colors may differ from what you see on screen due to monitor settings, inks, and materials.
Stickers are laminated for durability, but long-term exposure to sunlight, weather, or rough surfaces may affect lifespan.

6. Refunds, Returns & Reprints
Because all products are custom made, refunds are generally not offered.
If you receive defective or incorrect items due to our error, we will reprint or replace them.
Claims must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

7. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before a proof is sent.
Once a proof has been sent, cancellations may be subject to a fee.
Orders cannot be cancelled after proof approval.

8. Customer Artwork & Intellectual Property
By submitting artwork, you confirm that you own the rights or have permission to use it.
Digital Vibes is not responsible for copyright or trademark violations from customer-submitted artwork.
We reserve the right to refuse printing any content that is illegal, offensive, or violates intellectual property rights.

9. Limitation of Liability
Digital Vibes’ liability is limited to the cost of the order placed.
We are not responsible for indirect damages such as lost profits, missed deadlines, or other issues beyond the order itself.

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire.
Any disputes will be handled in courts located in Rockingham County, NH.

11. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our site constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
